Delivery Methods
All services, including the purchase of coupons and tickets, are electronic in nature or for on-site use. There is no physical delivery of products. Your order confirmation serves as proof of purchase and must be presented upon redemption.
Returns and Complaints
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases made through this website. If you have a complaint regarding a product or service, please submit it in writing to us at contact@familiabrazilianbistro.pl. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 14 business days and provide a response and resolution within 30 business days.
